Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn BIRKENSTOCK shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
