How do I determine the right size and width for my Birkenstocks?

Birkenstock offers two widths: Regular (for sturdy feet) and Narrow (for medium to slim feet). We recommend checking our size guide and ensuring there is about 10mm of space in the heel and 5mm in the toe area for the perfect fit.

What is the difference between the Regular Footbed and the Soft Footbed?

The Regular Footbed features our anatomically shaped cork-latex core, while the Soft Footbed includes an extra integrated layer of permanently elastic foam for immediate comfort and cushioning.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the footwear is tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any marks on the soles.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Can I wash my Birkenstock sandals?

We do not recommend submerging them in water. Use a damp cloth for the upper materials and a specialized suede brush for the footbed. Avoid extreme heat, as it can damage the cork and soles.
